Product details
Kaleidescape Terra Prime 120TB is a full-size movie server for larger downloaded libraries. Its four removable hard drives provide 120 TB of storage for licensed Kaleidescape movies, television series and concerts, with separate Strato players supplying playback to each room.
Network performance and cinema distribution
A 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet connection is recommended, with Gigabit Ethernet as the minimum. The full-size HDD model supports up to ten simultaneous standard 4K playbacks, or seven 4K Cinematic/8K playbacks with suitable players and titles. Download and storage performance depend on the network, broadband service and movie files selected.
Storage growth and rack integration
Terra Prime enables the full Kaleidescape library interface, custom collections and parental controls. Up to four compatible servers can be grouped within a system to expand storage. The Silver anodised-aluminium chassis supports installation on a suitable shelf or with an optional 2U rack shelf, with ventilation clearance at the front and rear. The listed weight includes four installed hard drives, and the server uses an external universal-input power supply.
