Product details
Fezz Gratia Prestige MK2 is a valve phono preamplifier with adjustable cartridge loading for MM, high-output MC and MC cartridges. Its two-stage amplification circuit combines an operational-amplifier stage with two low-noise 12AU7/ECC82 valves.
Cartridge loading and playback controls
MM input capacitance can be set to zero, 47, 100 or 220 picofarads, while MC load options are 100, 220, 470 ohms or one kilohm. Gain is specified at 42 dB for MM and 60 dB for MC. A subsonic filter and stereo/mono switch provide additional playback control.
Construction and analogue connections
A stabilised supply uses a Toroidy.pl Supreme Audio Grade toroidal transformer. The valves sit beneath a sliding glass panel for access, with RCA inputs and an RCA line output connecting the turntable and following amplifier. The MK2 model’s loading controls distinguish it from the earlier Gratia Prestige. Seven Evolution enclosure finishes provide a choice of cabinet colours.
