Meze Audio ASTRU combines a single 10 mm dynamic driver with a titanium housing for a rich, full-bodied presentation. Its compact form follows the contours of the ear for comfortable listening.
A layered diaphragm
The composite dome combines gold and titanium coatings with a PEEK base. Meze applies 80 ultra-thin gold layers in a process designed to refine treble and transient response.
Pressure-relieving design
A rear vent balances pressure in the driver cavity, supporting low-frequency movement and reducing pressure build-up during longer sessions.
Satin titanium construction
Each shell is machined from one piece of pure titanium and electroplated for a smooth satin surface. A nickel wax guard protects the acoustic filter.
A complete listening kit
ASTRU includes a flexible 1.2 m silver-plated LC-OFC cable with a balanced 4.4 mm plug, plus a 3.5 mm adapter. Five sizes of liquid silicone tips help achieve a secure seal. A protective pouch and PU leather envelope provide two storage options.
