Dan Clark Audio AEON CORE is a closed-back planar magnetic headphone and the successor to AEON 2. Its new driver is engineered for improved efficiency, while its voicing follows a revised Harman over-ear target developed through research with Dr Sean Olive.
The aluminium and dark wood ear-cup design gives AEON CORE a distinct appearance while retaining the comfort-focused fit of the AEON family. A 17 Ω impedance and approximately 94 dB/mW sensitivity support pairing with suitable portable or desktop headphone amplification.
