Meze Audio revisits the 99 Classics with a second generation that brings more balanced tuning to its familiar walnut design. The 40 mm dynamic drivers retain an inviting warmth, with more restrained bass and improved separation.
Refined acoustics
Meze increased the ear cup volume and refined the sealing, bass vent and baffle grille. Improved driver matching supports consistent stereo imaging, while the reshaped ear pads create more space around the ears.

Included acoustic absorbers let listeners adjust the balance towards the warmer presentation of the original 99 Classics.
Walnut craftsmanship
Each walnut ear cup is machined and finished by hand, giving every pair its own grain pattern. Matte gold-plated cast zinc hardware, spring steel and a self-adjusting vegan leather headband complete the construction.
Made for everyday listening
A detachable 1.8 m OFC cable uses dual-twisted conductors and Kevlar wrapping. The included USB-C adapter contains a DAC and headphone amplifier. Wider input sockets accommodate larger 3.5 mm plugs, and clip-on memory foam pads simplify replacement.
Built to be serviced
