Rega Planar 6 RS Edition pairs a rigid, lightweight Tancast 8 plinth with brushed aluminium surfaces and the RB880 tonearm. This package includes a factory-fitted and aligned Nd9 moving-magnet cartridge.
A matched Neo Mk2 power supply controls the 24 V motor, with electronic speed selection and fine adjustment. Twin Reference EBLT belts drive the aluminium subplatter beneath a dual-layer glass platter. A smoked dustcover is supplied.
