Electro-Voice’s EVERSE 8 is a portable two-way loudspeaker combining a 8-inch woofer, titanium compression driver and battery-powered amplification. Its maximum output of 121 dB and 100° × 100° coverage support performances, presentations and music playback without a fixed installation.
Mixer and wireless control
A built-in four-channel Dynacord digital mixer provides effects, feedback suppression and ducking. Two XLR/TRS combination inputs accommodate microphones or instruments, with a 3.5 mm stereo input for another source. Bluetooth handles wireless music playback, while QuickSmart DSP and app control support setup and adjustment.
Portable power and weatherised construction
The removable 86.4 Wh battery supports portable operation. A 12 V DC output can supply a compatible wireless microphone receiver, and USB charging is available for a mobile device. The polypropylene cabinet and powder-coated steel grille are offered in Black and White. IP43 protection applies to the weatherised battery-operated configuration; fit the weatherised input cover and follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions.
