CS 518 is a manual, belt-driven turntable featuring multi-speed functionality (33, 45 & 78rpm), inbuilt phono preamplifier, Ortofon 2M Red cartridge, and a gorgeous twin gimbal tonearm upgrade. 518 features a straight, statically balanced tonearm and replaceable head-shell supported by a highly detailed twin-gimbal design with spring-loaded anti-skate adjustment. An inbuilt (switchable) phono preamplifier and rear RCA inputs ensure CS 518 will connect to a wide range of two-channel stereo amplifiers, surround sound receivers, and active loudspeakers. And its MDF chassis is wrapped in a beautiful Walnut or Blackwood veneer, contrasted by an aluminium die-cast platter topped with a resonant-damping rubber mat.
