The JVC DLA-NZ500 4K Laser Projector is built for immersive home cinema, delivering native 4K resolution (4096 x 2160) powered by JVC’s proprietary BLU-Escent laser light source. With 2,000 lumens brightness and an impressive 40,000:1 native contrast ratio, it produces deep blacks and vibrant highlights across all HDR formats, including HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG. Enhanced with Frame Adapt HDR Gen2 and Deep Black Tone Control, the NZ500 dynamically adjusts tone mapping in real-time for a consistently cinematic viewing experience.
Precision Optics and Flexible Installation
The projector features three 0.69-inch native 4K D-ILA chips and a newly developed 80mm all-glass lens (15-element, 11-group), ensuring edge-to-edge image clarity. A 1.6x motorised zoom and generous lens shift range (±70% vertical, ±28% horizontal) allow for versatile placement in a variety of room setups. Whether ceiling-mounted or shelf-positioned, the NZ500 maintains perfect geometry and sharpness with minimal fuss.
Smart Features for Ultimate Control
Equipped with a new "Vivid" picture mode optimised for SDR content like gaming and animation, the DLA-NZ500 also includes a 101-step laser light adjustment to suit any lighting environment. Dual HDMI 2.1 ports (32 Gbps, HDCP 2.3) support full 4K60P inputs, while an RJ-45 LAN port and USB Type-A provide simple control, firmware updates, and backup options. With powerful performance and user-friendly flexibility, this projector is a premium centrepiece for serious home theatre enthusiasts.
